// System Recovery of the International Color ROM //WARNING: All your contacts, SMS and previously installed applications including their data will be lost when updating. Your files such as photos and videos will remain untouched. Please make sure you backup before upgrading!

  1. Connect the phone to your computer via USB.
  2. Copy the firmware package into your phone.
  3. (Optional) Go Settings – General – More – Factory data reset and click “Reset phone”. The default password is 0000. Click “OK” and the phone will reboot by itself.
  4. Turn off the phone.
  5. Press and hold the Power and Volume Down buttons to enter recovery mode.
  6. Select the language of recovery mode.
  7. Click “Install from sd" and select the firmware package.
  8. Click “Reboot” after the installation finished.
Step 3 is to make sure you get a clean start and less random bugs after flashing the firmware. At the risk of appearing amazing dumb and not tech savvy at all - I am trying to install the Color ROM using the system recovery option (I have the last official firmware on my phone and I am assuming this is the correct method)   When I get to "Click “Install from sd" and select the firmware package" I don't know what to actually select. In systems recovery <3e> screen gives me three options - ..., META-INF/, Recovery/ or System/. Within each option are a variety of sub folders and I don't know what I am supposed to be selecting.  Can anyone tell me which file I am looking for?  Note that I just copied the entire Color ROM folder onto the phone which I am assuming I was supposed to do.  Many thanks
